Mumbai: ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ fame Fawad Khan who is all set to make his Bollywood debut opposite Sonam Kapoor is ‘Khoobsurat’ is too excited about the flick. Also, it will be for the very first time when the actor will be seen shirtless. Well, it might definitely be a double visual treat for all his female fans.
While talking to a leading daily, Fawad said, “I am extremely excited about Khoobsurat. I couldn’t have asked for a more ideal platform. All the adulation has been a little overwhelming. But I am enjoying all the attention as I have received a lot of love here in India and that is truly touching.”
Directed by Shashank Ghosh, the flick has been produced under Walt Disney Pictures along with Anil Kapoor Film Company. It will hit theaters on September 19.
Talking about the film, it is the remake of the 1980s Rekha starrer ‘Khubsoorat’. It will see Sonam playing a complete misfit in the royal family.
