18th March 2016: The leading fashion and retail brand, Cross Stitch, recently unveiled its latest spring/summer lawn collection in a star-studded event at its flagship store at the biggest shopping paradise of the city, Dolmen Mall, Clifton Karachi.
The event opened with a dazzling fashion presentation by the renowned models – all were dolled up in beautiful digitally printed lawn attires. The high-end event was well-attended by who’s who of the fashion industry, socialites, models, bloggers and media.
The cross stitch lawn event was managed by Raka Associates. N-PRO did the hair, makeup and styling for the models, the media and PR for the event was handled by TAKE II PR.
Cross Stitch’s latest collection, available in 19 vibrant designs, grabbed everyone’s attention turning the launch into a successful event with all pieces being sold out within the first few hours.
Keeping its tradition alive, the brand once again presented ensembles which stood out due to its unique silhouettes and vibrant colour palette.
Cross Stitch’s spring/summer collection has been designed keeping the demands of the modern woman in mind having a beautiful melange of style and comfort. These are all digital prints on a lawn, with pure chiffon dupattas and an inclusive embroidered detailing on the sleeves, hemline, neckline and pants. All the ensembles also include additional printed facings that customers can play around with, while designing their outfits.
As far as design sensibility is concerned, it hasn’t been restricted to a single theme and has represented different moods. It will remind you of Chinoiserie fashion in one print, Victorian-era in another, and Sicilian Majolica in yet another. From monochrome to intricate floral regalia, or intricate embroidery, each ensemble package contains elements for the consumer to design their outfit in their own unique way.
