Maulana Tariq Jameel is one of the famous and respected religious scholars for spreading peace and harmony among the nation. Recently, he appeared on the Ehsaas Telethon to make a dua in light of the COVID 19 pandemic. After that, several media personnel went out calling the cleric for his comments.
Later on, the respected cleric apologized for his certain remarks that might have upset a certain sect of the society.
