Do Bol famed actress Hira Mani is one of the most talented and versatile stars of our industry. She started her career as a VJ, later on, she started hosting. Now, we know Hira Mani as a hit actor in the Pakistani entertainment industry. She has given hit performances in most-viewed drama serials like ‘Mere Paas Tum Ho’, ‘Do Bol’ and much more.
Recently, the actress appeared with her husband Mani in ‘Time Out With Ahsan Khan’. She and Mani talked about different topics in the program.
While talking about her fame as an actress, she shared:
My fame as an actor is fairly recent. I don’t know if it’s mostly positive or negative, but people tell me I’m famous so I’ll believe it.
Kashf actor believed that she got famous before coming in front of the camera.
She spoke on how marriage with Mani made her a hit actress:
I became famous the day I married Mani. I was already ‘Mani ki biwi’, so I didn’t get anything special from dramas. I was already a hit.
She shared how many introduced her to the industry:
I was 22, sitting in front of Anwar Maqsood and I had no clue who he was. I grew up on Bollywood content, so it was Mani who introduced me to local talent. I remember Irfan Khoosat once came to our show once and I had no clue who he was.
Bandish actress recalled a funny story while sharing her motive behind entering into the entertainment industry:
When I married Mani, he told me there’s a show on Saturdays and Sundays, and when I asked him how much I would get paid for it and he told me, I picked up my kid and said ‘let’s go’.
Further, she added:
I was never good at physics, chemistry, or maths so I used to worry about how I would earn a decent living and that first TV check felt so good and reassuring.
