Kubra Khan believes social media causes mental health issues

In a recent interview, Pakistani actress Kubra Khan addressed the benefits and drawbacks of social media, stating that it produces “depression.”

In a recent interview with reporter Hassan Chaudhry, Na Maloom Afraad star highlighted the effects of social media.

She described social media “a curse” in the interview, saying that it plays a major role in the development of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and panic attacks.

She went on to say that it isn’t just actors who are affected by social media; normal citizens are as well. Thus according Kubra, social media shows people’s inferiority complexes by showing them individuals living “luxurious lifestyles.”

The Sang E Mar Mar star went on to say that social media is harmful since everyone joins the race “willy-nilly.”

She also mentioned some of the benefits of social media, such as “receiving immediate recognition and response after each project.”
