Famous Pakistani star Meera revealed that she rejected Indian actor Emraan Hashmi’s marriage proposal.
In her recent interview with ARY News’ show Humarey Mehman, the ‘Baaji’ actress not only confirmed that Emraan Hashmi proposed her however also responded in confirmatory while asked if Indian director Mahesh Bhatt advised her to marry her “Nazar” co-star Ashmit Patel.
When the host enquired her about the buzz that Emraan Hashmi had once proposed her, she confirmed it and answered back “but my family….”, leaving the audience to think of her family didn’t let her marry the “Murder 2” star.
While retorting to other questions, the diva whispered that she hates fear and is not afraid of losing anything, let alone her popularity.
She spoke:
“People who lack talent have such fears, talented people don’t have such fears (of losing popularity), I hate fear.”
As asked about her favourite actress, she herself is her favourite actress other than as far as television actresses are concerned, she likes ‘Meray Paas Tum Ho’ actress Ayeza Khan.
