Humayun Saeed is one of the shining stars and finest actors of the Pakistani entertainment industry. Recently, he has been honored with “Pride Of Performance” for his contributions and great work.
In a recent interview, Humayun shared his sentiments regarding this pride of performance.
He said:
“I never thought about Pride of Performance and I believed that I will get this award at an old age but when I got this I realized its value.”
He also discussed the criticism received on Pride of Performance:
“You are right that there is always criticism but in my case, I received lots of love and people were genuinely happy. Many actors called me and it felt like they wanted me to get this award and they were happy. Nobody said that I received this award at an early age however many said that I should have received this award earlier but I think I got this at the right time. If I have received this award at an early age then there must be lots of criticism.”
Humayun gave credit to the success of MPTH for his Pride of Performance:
“I have seen success in the last 5-6 years and due to my drama Mere Paas Tum Ho I received lots of appreciation and people are happy for me. I feel like Mere Paas Tum Ho has played a great role in getting me this award.”
