Yasra Rizvi is making waves everywhere with her powerful acting in webseries Churails. Besides this, we are seeing her ‘Dunk’ amd ‘Dil Na Umeed Tou Nahi’ these days.
In a recent interview with Something Haute, Yasra Rizvi talked about her role in drama serials, thoughts about feminism and much more.
Upon asking why her roles attract so much negative attention, Yasra laughed:
We live in a time where scandal sells.
While talking about feminism, Yasra said:
I am feminist AF. I wrote and acted in Ustani Jee before Churails and that was also a feminist project.
While talking about Dunk, she said:
The story is about 22, 23 episodes long which address several issues. There has been an extensive discussion on the issue of harassment in this drama. Leave false or true allegations aside, the first few episodes only narrated the story of consequences.
